If we are able to accommodate your online reservation request, you will be mailed an official invoice confirming the total number of seats, amount due, and payment deadline. If we cannot accommodate your request, your group will automatically be placed on our waiting list.
SEATS ARE NOT OFFICIALLY RESERVED FOR YOUR SCHOOL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE.
Ticket price is based on group size: The Fall 2016 pricing will be: $17.95 for 1-299 paid seats, $15.95 for 300+ paid seats. The Spring 2017 pricing will be: $17.95 for 1-299 paid seats, $15.95 for 300+ paid seats. In addition, one complimentary seat for every 20 paid seats will be provided for teachers and/or chaperones. Please refer to your invoice for exact ticket pricing and breakdown once your reservation is confirmed. Any changes to your reservation must be processed over the phone during normal business hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to process changes via fax or email.
Cancellations of individual seats or the entire reservation are accepted without penalty up until 21 days prior to the performance.
Payment for your reservation is due prior to the performance payable by either check or money order to Chamber Theatre Productions. Please refer to your invoice for your assigned payment deadline. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact our box office before your assigned payment deadline. Seating for your performance begins 45 minutes prior to the start time. We ask that groups try to arrive no later than 30 prior to start time.
