Policies and Procedures

Refund Policy: If in the event you need to adjust your reservation and payment has already been received, refunds are gladly issued as long as any changes are made over the phone by the person who made the reservation on or before twenty-one (21) days prior to the performance.  No cancellations or refunds will be granted within twenty-one (21) days of the show.

Weather Policy: In the extraordinary event that you are unable to attend the production due to an act of nature, or if a performance must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, compensation will be made by transferring your seats to a future performance. We are unable to offer any cash refunds for cancellations due to weather.

Price: Price per seat is based upon size of group. The Fall 2013/Spring 2014 pricing will be: $17.25 for 1-299 paid seats, $15.25 for 300+ paid seats.  One complimentary seat for a chaperone is offered for every 20 paid seats. No refunds, cancellations, or reductions are allowed within twenty-one (21) days of the performance.

Teacher Guides/Behavior Guidelines: Upon receipt of your reservation, we will give you the password to our online Teacher Guide for pre-performance and post-performance discussion. Teacher Guides include literature and theatre vocabulary, teaching suggestions, and a brief synopsis of each story being presented. Our behavior guidelines are also available on our website. Please review these with your class prior to attending the performance. A well-behaved audience ensures a more enjoyable theatre experience!

Performance Running Time: Morning performances begin at either 10:00 or 10:30 AM. Any added afternoon performances begin at either 12:30 or 1:00 PM. Please note the exact time of your performance listed on our schedule. Shows run approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, except for EUREKA! which runs 1 hour and 30 minutes. You should plan on arriving at the theatre no later than half an hour prior to the performance start time. This will allow us sufficient time to seat all groups and to enable us to begin the performance on time. Late arrivals will be seated at an appropriate break between stories. Please Note: content, locations, dates and times subject to change.
